Delivery Lead Time
Every effort will be made to achieve your requested delivery lead-times. However, they cannot be guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible nor accept any liability should the date be missed. Production times may vary slightly in the peak season prior to Christmas.
All carriage is charged extra, our standard service is 2/3 day carrier. Special arrangements can be made on request and additional costs will be charged.
Orders which request a multi delivery to different addresses will incur an additional charge, please contact our sales office for a quotation.
Whilst we always aim to provide exact quantities, we do however reserve the right to despatch 5% over or under the quantity ordered. It is sometimes difficult to produce an exact quantity for orders.
All goods should be examined at the time of receipt and any complaints regarding damaged or faulty goods reported in writing within three working days.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, written notice should be given immediately and no later than 4 weeks prior to the start of production.
Any manufacturing or material costs incurred will be invoiced including the cost of any artwork origination, printing or blocking die(s).
Minimum cancellation charge will be advised by the Sales Office.
